You have seven days from the day you receive your order.
What can be returned
An unworn piece, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Free of perfume, makeup or odour.
What cannot be returned
Sale pieces: exchange only, no cash refund.
Made-to-measure and bridal pieces: final sale, because they were made for you alone.
Pieces with tags removed, altered or washed.
These exceptions are stated on each product page before you buy.
How to start
Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@leya-abayas.com with your order number and the reason. We send return shipping instructions within one working day.
Who pays return shipping
If the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item: we pay, and we arrange collection.
If you changed your mind or the size did not suit: you pay.
When you get your money
We inspect the piece within two working days of its arrival. Once accepted, we issue the refund within three working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further five to ten working days to show it. That delay is outside our control.
A piece arrived faulty
Photograph it as you open the parcel and write to us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full including shipping — your choice.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel free of charge as long as the order has not shipped. Once shipped it becomes a return, and the terms above apply.
