Within Saudi Arabia
We prepare your order within one working day. Delivery then takes two to four working days depending on the city. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no charge; below it, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you confirm.
GCC
UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain: four to eight working days. Customs duties may apply on receipt and are payable by the buyer.
Tracking
We email your tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse. You can also follow it from the Track My Order page.
If your order is late
We do not control the courier’s schedule, but we will chase it with you. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will escalate within 24 hours.
Wrong address
Check the address before you confirm. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, or because delivery failed after three attempts, the shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
